As we continue to offer a full schedule of workshops and our 60-hour Board Certified Coach training program, we also are in the process of updating and recertifying our 60-hour training program and developing a 30-hour continuing education program for those who want additional training or need to complete a 120-hour training program. Stay tuned for the rollout of on-demand, asynchronous training components, as well as exciting new workshop topics!
IU's Coaching Conversations program is an accredited Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE) Board Certified Coach (BCC) training provider. IU's Coaching Conversations program is approved for 60 training hours for the BCC credential under the Registered Credential Training Provider number 1055-BCC.
For those interested in completing our 60-hour Board Certified Coach training program, the requirements include:
45 Workshop Hours
15 Coaching Lab Hours
30 Documented Coaching Practice Hours (in addition to lab and workshop practice coaching)
Upon successful completion of these requirements, reach out to the Coaching Conversations program to request your certificate of completion. You will need to include this certificate in your CCE Board Certification application. You are independently responsible for the CCE Board Certification process including application, transcript, exam payment and scheduling, etc.
