Plan your path and track your progress to graduation.
Indiana University is launching a new tool for students in 2024 to help students plan their path and track their progress toward graduation. The first phase of the Stellic rollout will include students at IU Columbus, IU East, and IU Fort Wayne. Additional campuses will roll onto the platform at later dates.

This new platform helps IU students plan their path and track their progress toward graduation. In Stellic, you can:
Build a degree plan with a clear path to graduation.
Track your progress with an easy-to-use graduation progress bar
Perform a “what if” analysis to explore adding a minor, pursuing a certificate, or even changing your major.
All of these features are available through one modern, mobile-friendly interface.
And coming soon, Stellic will allow you to build schedules and register for classes directly through a custom degree map.
In partnership with key academic advising leads, student success leaders, UITS partners, and other stakeholders, IU is evaluating existing tools so we can identify those that will be replaced by Stellic-vended systems. Currently, the following student success technologies are in use:
AdRx: Advising Records
SOAR: Student Online Advising Records
Student Appointment Scheduler (SAS)
Student Center (vended Highpoint product)
Academic Advisement Report
We know that the iGPS is already slated for replacement as part of this project.
Three campuses have been identified to transition into Stellic in the initial rollout. They are IU Columbus, IU East, and IU Fort Wayne. Additional campuses are expected to follow in two other phases in spring 2025 and fall 2025.
The first phase of the Stellic implementation includes degree advising audits (commonly referred to as AARs or Academic Advisement Reports) and degree pathways (often referred to as degree maps). Degree audits show how courses, as well as transfer, test, or other special credits, apply toward the academic requirements of a major.
A small number of students on the IU East and IU Columbus campuses are part of a pilot group, and can access Stellic now. (You will have received emails from your academic advisor and/or the Stellic implementation team if you are part of this group.)
Additional students from IU East, IU Columbus, and IU Fort Wayne will gain access on a rolling basis in the coming months.
If you currently have access to Stellic, you can log in by visiting stellic.iu.edu.
