Requesting Access to an Advising Report in Decision Support
If you believe you should have access to a report/dashboard in the IU Decision Support environment related to academic advising, please do one of the following request options:
Complete the form that appears when you try to access the advising report/dashboard. Those requests have you include your supervisor, whom is contacted by the data managers.
Ask that your Access Coordinator (access coordinator look-up tool) to submit a DART form to modify your security for AdRx and in the justifications area to indicate that you need access to advising reports.
Please note, that once security permissions have been approved, it can take up to an overnight refresh of the systems before you have access.
